Product was good. First set of placemats had to returned because the color was not as described or shown in photos. Ordered a second set that were great. But I returned the first set with the proper return label and in less than the 30 day window but NEVER received my refund. I have spent months fighting with the company who refuses to refund my $76 and says they can’t look anything up by their return label code and I have to prove delivery via the tracking number from USPS. So…be careful or it will cost you double if you don’t get it right the first time.
