The quality was not what I expected. Linen napkins were not linen but cheap fabric. Napkin rings were cheap. I tried to return because they brag about easy returns or store credit. I opted for store credit because they don't pay your return shipping. I was going to get $7 store credit on a $56 order. So I'm keeping the crappy napkins and napkin rings. Never again!
