Ordered a total of 25 tablecloths, 25 toppers for a wedding and paid extra for expedited shipping. All items were listed as in stock. Order was confirmed with all items listed. Was notified that order was shipped on time. Only when opening order on arrival did we find that half the order was missing. Reached out in a panic to Tableclothfactory only to be told that the missing tablecloths were "not in stock and were now back ordered, sorry for the inconvenience". Tableclothfactory refused to priority ship any substitutes. Luckily, our caterer was able to beg a local company to allow a last minute rental order so at least the tables at the wedding had cloths. AND, they still haven't refunded my money for the items they never sent.I would also note the items we did recieve were very wrinkled and made of the cheapest possible polyester. Each required extensive steaming to use.I would NEVER order from this company again.
