I ordered 11 packs of navy sashes and 11 packs of peacock teal sashes but for some reason, only one pack of navy sashes was in the box even though the packing said all 11 packs of navy and peacock teal were in the box. I immediately notified customer service and after proving that I didn't receive all 11 packs of navy sashes by taking pictures of the box and products received they then sent me the other 10 packs and I received them quickly. Had I not had to go through this they would have received 5 stars.
