I recently wrote a review after a conversation about a wrong item being sent. I qualified the review saying that I had not received the new merchandise so I couldn't review in full, but that the preliminary dealings with the company had been really good. I just received my corrected order. It arrived a day earlier than promised and was just perfect. Thank you to the company for keeping your promise and for your good work ethic when something goes amiss. I really appreciate your effort in rectifying the situation I had and will remember that when I need tableware in the future. You definitely have my future orders!!
