My glitter came in a plastic shipping bag with a small piece of thin bubble wrap and a hole was torn in the bag. Needless to say several of the bottles were broken to the point that glitter was coming out, 2 of the lids were broken and could not be put back on and one of my items was missing. However when I contacted customer service they were quick to respond and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.
