The products I ordered are fine. My problem was that I was sent an URGENT email to inform me that you couldn't ship to a PO Box. I gave the representative a physical address and they entered it incorrectly so it was very difficult tracking it down. Thankfully, UPS helped solve the problem and finally delivered it.
