Been buying from here multiple times never had an issue not sure if they changed material to cheaper quality i purchased chair covers all looked normal when using them after the party customer apologized for some ripped chair covers that people complained when sitting they tear open from the top WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT thinking we use good quality we are using cheap material items!!!!! Customer support was NO HELP AT ALL!!
The website advertises free returns but when you try to return something, the shipping label is only free if you accept store credit. If you want a refund back to your card, they offer you half your purchase price and the other half pays for the return label. This seems like false advertising to me.
Love 💕 these runners. The purple is such a beautiful color. I purchased the gold and green a few years ago and they are holding up beautifully. I am all set for Mardi Gras! I hand wash them and let air dry. Touch them up with an iron and they are ready for the party.
Product was good. First set of placemats had to returned because the color was not as described or shown in photos. Ordered a second set that were great. But I returned the first set with the proper return label and in less than the 30 day window but NEVER received my refund. I have spent months fighting with the company who refuses to refund my $76 and says they can’t look anything up by their return label code and I have to prove delivery via the tracking number from USPS. So…be careful or it will cost you double if you don’t get it right the first time.
