Discrepancy with initial package

I ordered 11 packs of navy sashes and 11 packs of peacock teal sashes but for some reason, only one pack of navy sashes was in the box even though the packing said all 11 packs of navy and peacock teal were in the box. I immediately notified customer service and after proving that I didn't receive all 11 packs of navy sashes by taking pictures of the box and products received they then sent me the other 10 packs and I received them quickly. Had I not had to go through this they would have received 5 stars.

Found a lot that I needed for a great…

Found a lot that I needed for a great price. Some things I wanted to order were out of stock so I have to wait. Got everything I ordered on time and all of it looks really nice. Hopefully these table cloths and napkins will wash up nicely after the party and last for a while. Glad I found this store.
