We recently upgraded our 10 year old EPOS to Tabology, and I am kicking myself we didn't do it sooner! Glenn helped us massively with the on-boarding, and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient. He is always happy to tweak parts of the system, but is great at showing us how to do it ourselves to give us a better understanding of the programme. The software is miles ahead of what we had been using, and it is so simple to add in promotions, integrate with dojo, create giftcards, draw up rotas etc. The reporting side of the software is also excellent.For any issues along the way, or any tweaks that need to be made to the system, there is a team available at most hours of the day on Telegram, and they have replied to any messages I have sent within two minutes.I am yet to find a downside to this EPOS, and cannot rate the switching experience any more highly.
