I ordered two knives on 1/12/26 you took my money on the 13th, it states on you site that the product was shipped 1/30/26. A shipping lable was printed on 1/28/26 at the post office and waiting the arrival of the product in Shelby NC. I have emailed your company, I have tried calling your company, two times it states a representative will be with me and then it hangs up, another time i got a voice recording to leave a message and I did so with no call back. I am still waiting for my product, since you have money, I either want the product or my money returned to my account.
