Order #182356Got the Site Right 2.0 Boresighter for the holidays. Was so excited to get it open and start using it at the range. To my surprise, I was missing the adapter for a 9mm caliber. Not a big deal, I figured I could reach out, explain the situation, send some pictures and get the adapter sent over. Boy was I wrong. Over a month later and I am still waiting on even confirmation that a new adapter will be sent. Every time I reach out and ask for an update, no one has any idea where the adapter is. I sent clear pictures, explained the situation, was told a new adapter was going to be sent and that I would get tracking when it does and I am still waiting. Hopefully I finally get some information or I will just ask for a refund. Oh, and they also took down my comment on a social media post about how I was missing an adapter. I don’t honestly care that they did, it’s their profile. But you’d hope for some transparency and customer service
