I ordered a color of plate carrier that was out of stock and Sylvia reached out to me with other options and colors, Sylvia was awesome and didn’t only tell me what other colors were available, but also physically showed me with pictures, which helped me pick out a new color! I was also given the option to wait until the color I ordered was available, but I was extremely happy to pick another color, Sylvia did a fantastic job as well as being extremely nice to me, thank you all for what you do!
