A month later, my brother reported that nothing had arrived. I assumed the first order was lost, so I placed another, hoping to resolve the issue. When I reached out to the company, I was informed that they could not confirm my order status and were unable to provide a return or refund, citing an imminent closure without prior notice on the site or during checkout. Now, I’m left with the loss of two orders and have disputed the charges with my credit card. I do not recommend engaging with this service and advise others to research thoroughly before proceeding.
