Happy customers seldom post positive reviews while unhappy ones are not hesitant to post. Great customer service and high quality product. This is my second purchase from Tactipup and I couldn't be happier! With a large black lab mix, I was tired of the narrow and skinny collars usually found on the shelf. I searched and found this one with 1.5" and 2" collars and nice hardware for latching the collar onto my pup Dolly's neck. Substantial collars and well-manufactured. They personalize at your option ("DOLLY") and I even added an American Flag velcro patch that works so well that my wife didn't even know it was velcroed on there for two years! When I had a color choice problem, the email for customer service was readily available and I got a response wihin 24 hours that resolved my issue permanently and fairly -- leaving both of us on either side of the transaction happy. Great company, attentive customer service and would buy from them a third time in a New York minute. Loved the product, durable and nice thick collar material with a well made latch for the collar.
