I dropped my car off at 11am, was told service would take 2 hours. I left my car there they said they would call me when it’s ready. They didn’t call. 4:30 pm I called, they said the car just went on the lift for 4 tires to be changed and an alignment. 5:51 pm I got a call that they are closing at 6 pm. I went to pick up the car. I started driving the car and noticed the alignment was not done. I went back to let them be aware, they seemed to be uncertain if the alignment was done but it was paid for. Overall I was not happy with the service. Some of the staffs are very unprofessional.
