I never thought I would give a 1-star rating to TagMango because I genuinely love the platform, but I am forced to write this here in the hope that someone from the team will respond to my concern. I have not received any response from the support team or Abhinav for several weeks on WhatsApp and for several months over email.Long story short: I have been a Pro Plan user on TagMango since 2023. During onboarding, I was informed that my Australian bank account cannot be registered, but withdrawals would be processed manually without issues. I started generating income last year and requested my first withdrawal in September 2025.Initially, the WhatsApp support team told me there would be GST plus an additional 10% deduction as per my plan. However, I am on the Pro Plan, which has only 5% fee that was already deducted. Later, I was told this extra charge was a compliance fee. After that, I was told it was not a compliance fee but a transfer fee charged by third-party vendors.To reduce this cost, I requested that the transfer be done using Wise.com, which would significantly lower the fees. This can be done manually and Wise also provides APIs if automation is required. I was made to wait till December. I understand a change in process or vendor may take time and I waited. But after waiting for couple of months, I was just asked to contact Abhinav on email, but there was no acknowledgement. Later, I received an email from Smriti saying she has asked Abhinav to contact me on WhatsApp. He sent a “Hey” message last month in Jan, I asked him about the status of using wise.com for transfer but there has been no response since then.I am now writing this review because I noticed that some users received faster responses here. I just want to know by when my funds can be transferred using Wise to reduce the transfer fee. I also assume that GST should only apply to transactions within India and not to international.I hope I won’t be disappointed after having waited patiently for so long, and you will give me opportunity to change this review to 5 stars with your exceptional service by processing my withdrawal using Wise.com
