Ordered a giant cookie for my daughters birthday, I paid for next day delivery and 3 days on it still hasn’t arrived and they haven’t replied to any of my messages. Missed daughters birthday and despite me sending emails and messages on Instagram no reply. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I totally agree with the other reviews, awful company once they have your money they don’t care if you receive your order or not. I’m £30 out of pocket and nothing to show for it and a very disappointed daughter on her birthday, no giant cookie. 😢 and no reply, apology or offer of refund.
