Terrible customer experience. Been given an ultimatum to book a wedding date before a date of their choosing or pay a £300 cancellation fee (we had no intention of cancelling but are dealing with some difficult family problems which we were open about and said that we would have to let them know once a date was confirmed). The rest of our suppliers have shown complete understanding and given us the necessary space to deal with things but Tailored have been periodically chasing us, which has added to an already distressing time. I wouldn’t recommend.
