We approached Tailored Entertainment because we were looking for a premium & professional service to provide a live band for our wedding. Looking through the reviews this company looked promising as there was 97% 5 star ratings. From the great variety of bands advertised we found one to suit our taste and budget. The booking process was straightforward and simple to follow but irritated we were not allowed to contact the band unlike our other suppliers. The band played well at our wedding but started an hour late and only performed some of the songs requested. Stage lighting consisted of only one light. Tailored entertainment acknowledged that a premium service had not been delivered and there were significant issues. They were happy to talk through the experience but also readily accepted the dishonesty and excuses provided by the band. Overall, we were very disappointed as had not received the service we bought as advertised, and Tailored Entertainment were essentially not interested in compensating accordingly. Note to future customers; the contract essentially states that Tailored Entertainment will have no responsibility if there are any issues. We now understand and appreciate those who have provide the 3% 1 star ratings.
