This has been an incredibly disappointing encounter, leading me to completely withdraw my business. The product quality and overall experience did not justify the cost or the time invested. The sample fitting suit provided was ill-fitting, poorly designed, and unsuitable. Furthermore, the actual suit order has been delayed, with an estimated delivery time exceeding 68 days — which is utterly unacceptable for the price. The shirts were even more disappointing. The fabric quality was subpar — truly something I could have purchased for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I paid nearly $100 for each shirt, plus an additional $50 for the fitting, which felt exploitative. Customer support was distant, unhelpful, and showed no concern once payment was received. Cancelling was a breeze for them — they had already secured payment without offering any real value. To add to the frustration, I had previously ordered two shirts, and both have collars that are now coming apart and bubbling. These shirts were hardly worn — only for a few events — so there’s no justification for such deterioration. With the poor fit, low-quality materials, prolonged delays, and indifferent customer service, this experience was a total failure. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money.
