Ordered a gift through them. They immediately debited the money from my debit card but due to some glitch in the system they showed order as incomplete. Frustrating but I can understand things can go wrong. This is where the real issue shows up - I tried to call customer support but no one picked the phone. I dropped them a support email and got a response after a day that they will look into it and refund the money back in couple of days (this was Sept, 04) and till today (Sept, 12th) they have not refunded the money (I checked with my bank) or communicated back to me.
