Ordered through Foodhub. £45 order, made at 4.30pm at 6pm still nothing received. After attempting to contact the takeaway several times and not getting through I contacted Foodhub to cancel the order, who also wee unable to get through. At 6.10pm, after cancelling the order and making another order elsewhere I was advised that the food was on route. I again reiterated that I didn’t want the order and returned the food on delivery (as I cancelled the order).Now the takeaway are refusing to refund my order and Foodhub are hiding behind the takeaway.I am literally down £45 for an order I cancelled and returned.I would avoid both like the plague! Disgusting behaviour from Brynmawr Chinese Tajeaway and Foodhub!
