Ordered food at 7.15 told 1hr 45 ( in itself poor for a Chinese take away) 9.30 still no food ( because busy) sorry but very unacceptable for very regular customers was told on phone people before us despite being told an actual time so clearly order costs was prioritised. Fed up of rude lying staff so moving on despite being regulars over several years, simply no loyalty and service
