Customer service was very rude at addressing my Enquiry! I ordered an item at click and collect and the lady I spoke to tried to tell me it was my fault for selecting PayPal express which apparently overrides my request.So even though my order got sent to store I was still charged a $10 delivery fee and also missed out on a bonus $10 click and collect. I emailed straight away when I realised and also tried to call up and speak with someone but was no one was available to contact to cancel the order and by the time someone replied to my email it was already too late and she would not even offer me a $10 click and collect bonus for the hassle! She also tried to tell me that it was my own fault for ordering on Boxing Day when no one was available to talk to very rude!!
