Last year my husband gave to me a birthday present of clothes at my favourite dress shop Taking Shape at Pukekohe. I had such a wonderful birthday experience with the staff member Jill that this year my husband repeated his same birthday offer to me. My birthday experience exceeded my last years experience with Taking Shape at Pukekohe with Jill again inclusive of Joy Kaz and Ruthie. Their genuine caring approach is commendable. Their joy in getting it right for you in look and price is so costumer focused. My husband said you just go there for their customer service and attention don’t you. I have to admit yes I do I said with a smile of delight on my face. Thank you Jill and other staff for making me feel so special on my birthday.
