I ordered a necklace for my son's birthday. For the hype and the price I was excited to receive a boxed piece if jewellery with the Japanese words translated on a card. Instead, I received the chain in a cheap plastic bag. It slso arrived late so it missed his birthday. Absolutely shocking ! 1 star given for the inscription as its very clear.
