Note: The response from Talatex below is a lie. At no point was I offered compensation for a delayed delivery. Avoid this company. They can't be trusted. Avoid! Their customer service takes weeks to get back to you, is totally incompetent, and then will stack up all sorts of charges on your returns. In total it took me two months to get from my first email to them starting a return to the product actually leaving my house. They charged me 70 GBP for the return (after trying to charge me 100) on a 266 GBP product.
