I bought a pillow based on what's written in the description also in the purchase confirmation email that I have 30 days trial, so I can return it if I don't feel comfort with it,When I start using it, I feel like it catch my head, as I'm a side sleeper I don't like this feeling, so I applied for a return request and there were two options 1- the shipping will be managed from talatex side (Talatex will give me an address label) 2- the customer ships the product on his own.I choose the first option but they send me an email with the return address as text and the steps to return and they request to have a tracking number, so I sent the pillow to that address in Germay from Vienna that costs me 22.71 Euros which is too much.where I can buy it from amazon and return it for free.so I don't trust Talatex and will never buy their products anymore
