Losing the will to live trying to return the latex mattress topper, which is about as hard as a rock. You have to somehow reuse the massively cellotaped plastic bags it comes shrink wrapped in and then they don’t include the straps you need to tie it up with. A replacement bag is £10. It’s been weeks and counting. They also sent me the wrong pillow and want me to jump through 1000 hoops before resolving that. They say that just because something says it’s one thing on the box doesn’t mean it’s that inside … okay then. Seems like I’m going to have to contact my bank to get my money back.
