The company agreed to refund my shipping fee of $25 if I amended my review. I'm keeping my end of the bargain by amending, but the shipping should have been automatic and I shouldn't have had to take my time and write this review to get what they initially promised for an exchange. The company needs to revamp its website and sale page, and make their return/exchange process more straightforward. I conclude that they either have a bad business model or they purposely make returns difficult.I'll never do business with them again. BEWARE! They make it sound like they have a return-for-exchange policy that includes shipping, but they send the shipping label AFTER the whole process is over. So I'm stuck with paying a $25 return shipping fee, in addition to paying for their very expensive pillow.
