Being completely ignored. I wish to return a pillow I ordered within the 30 day trail. After countless messages via the chat on their website, three emails and messages on WhatsApp, I have received nothing in response. No customer service to speak of, no phone number to try. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.Edit: Broken promises of a full refund after trying to get in touch with them. They eventually did after I I got in touch with Klarna and they opened an investigation. They asked me to change this review in return. However, after recieving a "partial" refund even though I have it in writing that any return fees would be waived, it has been made abundantly clear that this company cannot be trusted. The pillow wasn't even that nice! The "firm" choice was flat and flabby. Bad company, bad products, bad promises. Do not shop here, please heed my review and heed this warning
