I placed an order with this company on Jan 16th and a shipping label was printed. UPS never picked up the package from their facilities. I have now been trying to reach a person in their company for weeks now to resolve the issue and get a refund. There has been zero help from this company. Emails and calls go without answer. The customer service is not exist. I have paid almost 200 dollars and can't do anything about it because no one in their company will respond. DO NOT ORDER
