I reached out via WhatsApp, as suggested on their website, to ask a few questions about their product. It took over three weeks to get a reply, which was just a brief apology, no answers to my questions, and no follow-up since.I then tried contacting them by email, and again, no response. To top it off, they’ve kindly added me to their mailing list, which adds insult to the whole experience, given they won’t respond to direct messages.Based on all this, I’d seriously question the value of their 30-night trial or any other guarantees they offer, if you can’t get hold of anyone, what’s the point? I’d recommend going with a company that actually engages with customers and provides real peace of mind.
