It’s extremely difficult for me to find the right pillow. The most successful ones are firm neck pillows. This one I would say is a very good pillow, perhaps not exactly the right one for me because it’s a bit too firm. I didn’t want to buy the softer one because I was afraid it wouldn’t be supportive enough. With that said, the Customer Service was exceptional in that they went to work to offer the right fit for my needs. In the end, I opted to stick with the one I bought and it has turned out to work just fine for my needs. It’s firm but it doesn’t interfere with my comfort so I’ll keep it. Again, I can’t say enough about the Customer Service team, they are extremely helpful and willing to work with you to help you find the exact right pillow.
