I bought two mattress toppers. I got one them later and never opened the box. I wanted to return it but because I miss the deadline by a few days they refused. I got them confused with Dormeo, their competition, who had a 90 day return policy. The item is brand new and unopened. They should have been a lot more reasonable. They probably do not want it back because their product is defective. Worst customer service ever. EXTREMELY disappointed.
