Initially, my case was handled by one representative, but after several weeks without any progress, it was transferred to another — with no apology for the delay. The team displayed a lack of professionalism throughout. They failed to keep me informed and rarely responded to my emails or calls unless I reached out repeatedly. Despite asking multiple times for an estimated date for the exchange of contracts—especially since I pay rent on the 28th of each month and needed to give a month’s notice—I received no clear answer. Consequently, I ended up paying two months’ rent, which was upsetting and entirely avoidable. Additionally, the initial quote I received differed from what I ultimately paid. If you are buying or selling a property and seek a professional team that will manage your case efficiently and communicate effectively, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was very poor, and I will not use or recommend this service again.
