I've been using this app for a while now and it's really is a horrible app. I have 16 minutes left to use and they won't let me use it. It took them over 13 hours to get back to me just to tell me we escalated it to someone else. They won't answer me why they need to escalate it when you can see the customer service agent is online and they refuse to answer you. They take minutes from your account even though you didn't talk to your recipient and no answering machine picked up they still will take minutes off your account. It's just a horrible account to deal with please anyone wanting to use this account research it and I would suggest you stay away from it. Customer service is the worst I've had to deal with with any app that I've dealt with
