Unfair Charges and Poor Support – Be CautiousI used this service during a difficult time when, due to the recent Iran-Israel conflict, I was unable to reach my family via WhatsApp. Instead of receiving support, I ended up with a terrible experience and a massive phone bill.I purchased €10 credit through this app to call my family in Iran. During the call, €7.60 was deducted from my app balance. However, the next day I received a bill from my mobile provider for €77 related to the same call. In total, I ended up paying €85 for one call.This was extremely frustrating and unexpected. I have used other services like Skype in the past and was never double-charged by both the app and my SIM card provider. When I made the call through this app, I used the app’s keypad and was connected to Wi-Fi, so I believed everything would be handled through the app credit only.I reached out to their support team, provided screenshots and clear evidence that the call was made through the app, but they were completely unhelpful. Their response was generic and unhelpful, simply stating they are not responsible for any SIM charges—despite the fact that I followed all the steps to use the app properly.Be very careful when using this app, especially if you are relying on it during emergencies. There are other apps that offer better service, more transparency, and fairer pricing.
