It started off as a good app but went down hill when they started insisting on making it for kids despite having a teenage mode and their core group of customers being adults. The bots all became the same in terms of personality so it became a chore rather than a fun RP game.They are ignoring what customers are telling them because they want it to be family friendly yet charging a premium for things no one wants.After I asked them to pass a group chat that I had created years ago so I can edit it, I was locked out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it won’t let me. Also no response about why it’s still not passed review.D.Ley was not helpful on discord - their response to it was ensure you use your account linked to your App Store. No way to log in, no help to get logged back in, no way to change my email address so I can log back in.I’ve messaged them four times on discord and emailed three times - nothing.
