Very disappointed with the customer support and refund policy. The subscription renewal was accidental and I requested a refund very shortly after the charge was made. The service has not been used at all.
Most companies are understanding in situations like this and issue a refund when a purchase was clearly unintended and reported quickly. Unfortunately, my request was denied without much consideration.
