I’m extremely disappointed with my experience on this betting app. They promoted a deal stating that if you sign up and place a £20 bet, you would get £40 in free bets if your wager lost. I followed the instructions, but customer service told me I wasn’t eligible due to their terms. This feels very misleading. The promotion was poorly explained, seemingly designed to lure people in without honoring what was advertised. Customer service provided no helpful solutions and just repeated the terms without addressing the issue. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off the app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based on their handling of promotions and support.
