Signed up for the the Cheltenham £40 free bets , then found lots of
Hidden T&Cs associated with the “free”bets which other providers don’t do .
Complained to talk sport bet as could not use free bets. For example , to use the £10 treble on any horse racing market it stipulates in the T&C’s that the bet must exceed odds of 2.0 . The bet I was trying to place exceeded odds of 5.0 , however I was later told that each selection within the treble must exceed odds of 2.0 . Nowhere within the T&Cs does it say this , this is false advertising and I am escalating the issue until a resolution is found . I will also cease to listen to talkSPORT as a result .
I am sure talkSPORT will argue that legally they are ok to continue with this practice but even if this is the case , they are deliberately misleading their own customers to get money from them without presenting the facts . This goes against the entire premise of how talkSPORT advertise themselves to their listening market
