I purchased an automatic plan, and after a 4.5 percent drawdown, the account was locked. Even with proof, they deleted the account details. There was significant slippage during volatile markets, and although they had an open communication channel, they closed it due to transparency issues. I do not recommend this service at all and have proof to support my claims.
