I think this was the biggest scam I have come across. They not only tripple charged me me but I could not take out any winnings and lost almost 1,000 in less then a hour and accounting to their own policy they should not have even been allowed to charge me in such a short amount of time. I have been robbed and I am filing a claim with my credit card agency and they want to take this to court! When I tried to speak to customer service they gave me the most bare minimum generic response saying people are up and down your shoulder turn around. This was not even close to an answer. They stole from me I asked to come to resolve but they clearly are a company and I have evidence now. Not only should the class action suit be held high my credit card company said this has been a major problem. Worst customer service illegal false advertising lying about their location to predatory behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves. Be warned this company is distorting lives with holding wins no one has received winnings. I feel sick they are getting away with this. A grand in leads the a half hour money taken that ai never received or put through. I hope I get my money back plus they never checked my id but loved taking my money.
