My agency account on Tango Live was suspended, but even after the suspension the platform continued crediting commissions to my account from streamers who joined through my referral code.
There is currently more than $150 USD in earned commissions in my account, but I cannot withdraw the money because I no longer have access to the account.
For more than six months I have been trying to contact support. I have sent many emails and support requests, including messages to the agency team, but I have received no response.
I am not asking for my account to be restored. I am only requesting access to withdraw the money that was legitimately credited to my account.
I hope Tango Live can review this situation and provide a solution.
Update: I have now also contacted the payments department by email regarding my issue with the suspended agency account and the $150+ in commissions that remain in the account.
Unfortunately, I still have not received any response from Tango Live support or the agency team. I am only requesting access to withdraw the earnings that were already credited to my account.
I hope the company can review this case and provide a solution.
