Unacceptable service, no replies to emails, no updates about the order, and missing delivery dates. My order was placed on the 9th of November, and today is the 22nd of November—still no updates. If you can't manage orders, don't accept them at all. Please just shut down your website. I want a refund, as I don’t expect to receive my order.
