I placed and fully paid for an order on 17th December 2025 for 23 items, and today is 26th December with no delivery, no dispatch update, and absolutely no communication from the seller. What makes matters worse is my repeated attempts to reach out — I sent multiple messages and even called the contact number listed on their website. There has been no response, no callback, and no explanation. This situation is not just a delay; it reflects complete negligence. Accepting payment upfront and then going silent is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their reliability and ethics. If you cannot manage orders effectively, you should stop accepting payments. Ignoring customers after taking their money is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service at all. Think carefully before placing an order unless you're prepared to chase after your own money.
