Very disappointing experience with Tangy Shop India.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my order was processed incorrectly and sent to the wrong address. I later received a message stating that my order was refunded, but the refunded amount has still not been credited to my account.
Due to this issue, I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. My grievance number is **8889734**.
This entire situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. As a customer, I expect better service and accountability.
I request Tangy Shop India to ensure that my refund is credited immediately and also provide my original order as compensation for the trouble caused.
