I am absolutely furious with Tanki Online and their management under Hazel. My Legend account (HuntingCampersPT) with over 1000 hours of gameplay was completely stolen. I tried recovering it via my Google account — gone forever. I submitted 3 support tickets and got zero help.
It’s unacceptable that a game can take away a player’s account with so much time invested and leave them with no resolution. Hazel and the company’s practices show a total disrespect for player security and trust. Spending years building an account only for it to disappear is frustrating, demoralizing, and feels like outright negligence.
Tanki Online needs better security, real customer support, and accountability. Until then, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
